The Question: NTL had identified an opportunity for cross-media services to serve people's passion for local football clubs. They already had much of the infrastructure and rights ownership in place to take advantage of this. Human Capital was asked to define a product which would make best use of those assets |

What Did We Do? After a market segmentation and extensive research with football fans around the country, we developed a product concept and an editorial approach. Members of the Human Capital team spent over a year developing the framework for all the launch websites and helped recruit and run the editorial team

What Happened? A network of 78 football websites based on the framework developed by Human Capital were launched and Premium TV currently manages (and has grown) the portfolio successfully. The websites attract over one and a half million unique users |
