Research & development: how we can help

We will always create bespoke approaches for our clients and many of our projects span a range of disciplines, but most of our work falls into five areas:

Qualitative research and consumer insight (from focus groups to in-depth interviews to spending serious time with consumers)
Product development - we help our clients to design and develop products from drawing board to consumer: we’re not hand-wavers or role-players and put serious work into achieving practical and actionable results based on firm objective
Away days - we conceive, plan and run over 50 on site and off site away days with clients every year. They are usually idea or NPD sessions but can be about anything from sales performance to introducing cultural change
Idea creation - we often work with clients to innovate in existing or new areas
Integrated creative consultancy - working as part of a client project team to initiate or develop/ re-develop products
